To record a patient’s medical preferences on video, click Record a New Video in the left-hand navigation menu.

Here, you will be able to select who is speaking in the video by clicking Patient or Health Care Agent.
If Health Care Agent is selected, you will need to choose someone from the dropdown menu or create a new Health Care Agent by clicking the Add a Health Care Agent button.

Select the type of video the person wants to record from the Video Selection list. Since you are recording a live video, make sure the device has a working camera and a microphone.

Use the Start, Pause, Stop Recording buttons to control recording.


Click Save Recording to add the video to the patient’s account.

Recorded videos will appear in the Patient Summary and Document Upload sections.
